Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. We do our best to ship same day or next day if Express Shipping selected. Please note: each product page gives shipping time and some products take longer to ship.
Delivery Option Details
Standard Shipping - by FedEx Ground (2-6 business days), view map for delivery estimate; no Sunday delivery. Saturday delivery to home addresses.
3 Day Delivery - 3 business days (from date shipped), no weekend delivery; (SUPER SAVER)
2 Day Delivery - 2 business days (from date shipped), no weekend delivery;
1 Day Overnight Delivery - 1 business day (from date shipped), no weekend delivery;
1 Day Overnight Delivery Priority A.M. - 1 business day; delivery in morning (from date shipped), no weekend delivery;
Important: Orders over $200, require direct or adult signature. An adult must be available to sign for the delivery.
• Orders ship in plain boxes; WiiShopExpress name is not visible; with no indication of items inside; no spoiled gift surprises.
• Orders may ship in multiple parcels and from different warehouses, to speed up your delivery.
• Shipments are fully insured and have online tracking; you're protected and informed.
• We ship anywhere in the USA and Canada.
• We ship by FedEx primarily, but we may use USPS First Class and Priority Mail for packages with weight under 2 lbs.

FREE Shipping Policy
Wii Shop Express is currently offering FREE standard shipping for orders over $99 within the USA (lower 48 states). Shipments to APO addresses, P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, do not qualify. Hurry, our free shipping offer is for a limited time only.
When Billing & Shipping Addresses Are Different
For fraud prevention purposes, if your billing and shipping addresses are different, we must verify certain detailed information; including but not limited to the full name, address and landline phone numbers of people residing at both the bill to and ship to addresses. Additional verification may also require contacting the bank that issued your credit card and adding your shipping address listed as an alternate address in that bank's records. There may be a 1 day delay for order verification. We will call you to confirm information. To expedite, place your order by phone at 1-800-358-1909. Wii Shop Express reserves the right to cancel any order. WiiShopExpress.com actively pursues and prosecutes fraud offenders.
Note: we are not responsible for delays by FedEx. In the event of a delayed delivery, we will work on your behalf and directly with FedEx to secure an appropriate credit, if it is warranted. Please also note that FedEx does not guarantee delivery times during certain dates surrounding key holidays, such as Christmas; they commit only to making a best effort with allowances for mechanical failure as well as air traffic and weather delays.

We ship to APO addresses, P.O. Boxes and Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. For these locations, you must select the following shipping option: (Standard shipping by FedEx ground does not delivery to these location)
For APO address and P.O. Boxes, you must select USPS Priority Mail (For P.O. Boxes, use a physical address for shipping to take advantage of our free standard ground shipping.)
For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, select either USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 3 Day or FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Overnight.
