This is my first jump rope and I'm quite satisfied with it. Size is adjustable. Handles are hollow plastic, but should last awhile.

A well made jump rope that really smarts when it smacks into your toes, feet or ankles. I usually train barefoot, but will wear my Nikes from here on. The weight is the beads along the cord, not in the handles. I was thinking there would be steel bar in the handles, but it is an empty cavity with slack cord which you can untie and alter the length. I suppose I could snip off a piece of rebar to fit inside there, but I was hoping it would come pre loaded. Still, good for the price.

This Jump Rope is nicely weighted and turns easily. The handles are comfortable to hold and the rope rotation is smooth. In comparison to lighter jumpropes this one is a true champ. The beads are rounded, solid and do not catch on carpet, plus the handles make twirling easy without a lot of arm movement. My knees were hurting with 20 minutes or less on a stairclimber, but the rope jumping has no ill effects. A great product.
