good fast workout

Like this dvd as I enjoy all of Leslie's pgms. HOWEVER, I found some of the moves in the boosts and the pace awkward. They just didn't flow right.
As usual, Leslie is very upbeat and encouraging. I love that about her! I prefer The Big Burn over this one.

I have other workouts from Leslie Sansone. I have recommended them to my friends. This one in particular I thought was challenging. Not challenging at all. I didn't even sweat. Very short, not good. Help other customers find the most helpful reviews

For women with too little time...

This dvd is the perfect solution for me as a single mom of 2 young children. The workout takes only 30 mins, makes you sweat, and you don't have to leave the house. I do this workout in the morning before my shower, and start to finish (incl. my shower), I'm done in 40 mins. It's perfect for moms like us (single or married) who don't have a lot of extra time or mental energy for exercise yet who want to be healthy and fit. I have done other Leslie Sansone dvds, but they all took 45 mins to an hour, and they didn't make me sweat like this one. This also has some jogging in it, interval training, which really gets the heart going.I love it!

Great short workout

This one too gets your heart rate up and burning calories. Its a great, fast paced short work out. I prefer longer ones but if you are short on time this one fits right in. I usually burn 150 plus calories in this one and for 25 min that is great for me. I really like the jogging added to it.
