for those who despise the gym... January 12, 2012

My mom in her active adult community (of all places) introduced me to these dvd's. With 2 young boys the gym isn't an option and I've never been one to enjoy that environment. I would rather do an effective work out at home, something I can stick with. This works for me. In 45 minutes, I am huffing along and feeling good. I don't have hand weights so I use cans of soup. I like her energy...she seems like one of us, just trying to get through the day but in a healthy way. And I don't feel like my womanly parts are going to fall out of my body thanks to the powers of childbirth. Give it a try and get moving ladies!!

Can I just say WOW......This was such a great burn. I was sweating like crazy. I just got this video today and what an awesome addition using the weights, they really help to reve it up. For the 3 mile it was almost like the 4 Really Big Miles. I've been walking on and off with Leslie for a while now and it does work. Thanks Leslie....

I love the music in this workout. It's very upbeat and keeps me going all the way. I simply love it. The workout leaves me sweating and I'm totally happy with all the fat that's melting away. I love this!
