Good way to get started

This is a user friendly video. She explains the exercises and gives some life advice via antidotes during the exercises. She is chatty but not overly so. The exercises are not hard and easy to follow. This is not aerobic in any sense. Just a nice way to ease into exercising or begin exercising.

Good Homebased Workout

I was a regular at the gym for years but recently decided to let my membership go. I still need to have a fitness program so I made the decision to purchase a fitness DVD. It took me two takes of ordering a Jane Fonda workout DVD before I found the right one. This one is perfect for my needs. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't include a cool down with weights. I like to have both aerobics and weight training in my workouts.

Jane Fonda: Prime Time

Reviewer: Frances Jackson
Disappointing. This was not nearly as good as her earlier tapes. She does too much talking and not enough exersizing.

I love this DVD

I am 60 years old and active. I walk the treadmill and use a few other exercise machines three times a week. This is just what I needed to get some strength training and flexibility exercises included in my routine. This is definitely not cardio or hi-impact. It's exactly as described and easy to do. Level I was too easy so I prefer Level II. I am going to purchase another one of Jane Fonda's newly released DVD's. I highly recommend it if you are looking for this type of exercise.
