I ordered a replacement sensor bar and it was definately NOT brand new - the foam adhesive attachment squares are used and dirty - it wasn't in any official packaging - just a plastic bag.  WiiShopExpress response: We stand by our 100% Customer Satisfaction policy.  If an item has been received in a condition different that stated please contact our customer support department via phone, email, or chat all available on our contact page.

ORIGIONAL SENSOR BAR FAILED. IT WAS REPLACED WITH YOUR WIRELESS UNIT,IT WORKED JUST FINE BUT, IT NEEDED NEW BATTERIES EVERY SECOND TIME IT WAS USED. WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO DO WITH THE UNACCEPTABLE COMPONENTS THAT I HAVE.

I ordered this Wii replacement bar, it came in a blink! And it was well and safely packaged.  My son raced to hook it up and he's been playing happily ever since. There is peace in the land again.  Really grateful for the speed of delivery. Well done!!  I saw cheaper versions on line, but reviews said they didn't work well so I'm glad I went with yours.
