I put it in and I had the best time.  My husband sat there and laughed at me becasue he kept saying " don't do too much your going to be sore tomorrow".  Well, he was right.  Very good cardio and fun.

Sings with more than moves... April 6, 2012

This is another one that my neice just had to have - its okay but she sings with it more than she moves with it...  Music is good - as a work out it is below average.  But she enjoys it so thats fine.  I'm afraid that after awhile she will not use this one because she is tired of the songs.
