My Fitness Coach begins by evaluating your current fitness level, and helping you set your fitness goal. My favorite Wii exercise game May 3, 2012

My Fitness Coach offers a great personalized workout. It much more fun than a workout video and more convenient than going to the gym.

Pros:
Personalization- the fitness program and workouts are tailored to you and your fitness level
Varied workouts-It is not the same workout over and over
fitness equipment - you can choose to use your own weights, stability ball, step, or heart monitor or not so there's no extra equipment to buy
A real workout-you really feel the workout when you're done and the breaks are not long so your heart rate stays up
Workout environment changes- you can pick
Workout choices-you can do yoga or cardio one day or do core or upper body every day for week you choose

Cons:
Music- I not a fan of the music and its limited
Wii limited - You do not use the remote or the fitness board as part of the workout so if your doing something wrong or not working out the game does not know

Overall it's a great game and way to workout

Fantastic, personalized workout. Perfect for older April 17, 2012

Never being one for exercise, I was required to start a cardio program to lower cholesterol levels. I decided to try a Wii fitness program. My Fitness Coach turned out to be perfect. After an initial evaluation, the program selects areas of concentration and designs doable exercises for my fitness level (which wasn't great). After 10 workouts, it retests you, makes new recommendations and so on. The program gives you the opportunity to tell it if the exercises are too difficult or easy, and the onscreen avatar clearly demonstrates how the exercises should be done. I love the program and would recommend it to anyone. It is not a game based program, however. My husband prefers game programs that make it seem less like exercise. My Fitness Coach, however, varies the exercises from workout to workout, and within each workout the exercises change very quickly so you don't get bored. I feel I've progressed quickly and after only 3 weeks I feel more toned and fit.
