I have several workout videos and am never consistent with them. After having a child four months ago, I purchased this game to get back into shape. So far with diet (1,500 calories per day) and doing this video I have lost over 10 lbs in one month. I am doing the 5 week red capet body workout (I'm on week 4). I do alot more reps than are required for each exercise and last week I started jogging in addition to this workout. I like that it tracks your progress and you feel like you've accomplished something after each workout. I will definetly stick with this workout.

Out of the workout games for Wii that I've played, this is the best, next to EA Sports Active. After every workout, I'm usually sore. Overall, the tracking is good - there are times where it doesn't recognize you but I just readjust where I am and then it recognizes me doing the moves. I love the hamstring exercises... especially the deadlifts. I always feel that one the next day. This is one I will be continuing to use for sure.

Seeing as i dont live in hollywood and cannot afford to actually train with harley, this is the next best thing. THe workouts are amazing!!! my thighs hurt for days after the lunges. I love that the workouts are simple and short, but very effective. Hollywood Workout is an incredible workout....not i just need to stop eating pizza :-)
