I'm positive I own every wii workout game. I thought the Biggest Loser Challenge was great at burning calories until I got this one. I bought it because I heard it had step aerobics.
It asked me my body type. At the end of a set it asked if it was too hard or too easy & adjusts. The moves are really great and work your entire body even your abs. And there are a variety of different workouts to keep your interest up,
It reads movement well. It gave me credit for every move I did and the calorie count was accurate per my bodybugg.
The instruction was great, the moves are fun, I am not a Spice girls fan (sorry) yet I still thinkit is one of the most well done DVDs.
I also like that you can incorporate strength training by adding hand/ankle weights if yu have them and boost your calorie burn if you have the balance board with some step aerobics. I bought a platform riser for my wii balance board to boost my workout even more so.
