Ideal for fitness games and DVDs which include step aerobics such as WiiFit Plus, EA Sports Active, Biggest Loser and Jillian Michaels and more. Give your workout an extra boost with the 3" Aerobic Step Platform. You can use with Wii Fit Balance Board or without. Use it for another person to "follow along" with a Wii Fit workout (only 1 Wii Fit Board can be attached to a Wii System so players "share" the balance board and trade off using it). It’s a stand you place under your Wii Fit Balance Board, elevating it to a full 4" height, a typical height for actual step aerobics. With the 3" Aerobic Step Platform, you’ll be performing step aerobics exercises just like you would at any expensive gym, minus the pricy membership rates. Supports up to 350 lbs. Rubber pegs under platform secure grip on many surfaces.
